Colored Rotini With Tofu(An Original Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. walnut oil
    1 Tbsp. Macadamia nut oil
    4 thick slices pressed tofu, cubed (about 10 oz. or 10 oz. regular firm tofu)
    1 can green beans, save juice
    1 (18 oz.) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
    4 c. cooked noodles, preferably an organic brand which is much thicker and firmer (you may substitute mostaccioli, ziti or a short noodle)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Heat pan.
    Add oil.
    Saute tofu 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add green beans, reserved juice, tomatoes and noodles.
    Heat about 5 minutes or until hot.
    Place on serving platter.
    Top with Parmesan cheese, wheat germ and sunflower seeds.
