Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 c. cooled coffee
artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of coffee in small saucepan. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Add remaining coffee and artificial sweetener.
Pour in bowl, cover and chill until firm.
Serves 4.
