Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and knead a few times.
If possible, refrigerate dough for awhile.
Pat out on a floured surface.
Cut out about 3/4 to 1-inch thick.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
