Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Drain sauerkraut real well. Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Set overnight in refrigerator.
I keep this in a large Mason jar and have a salad available on a moment's notice.
