Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small head romaine lettuce
    1/2 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
    3 Tbsp. farmer cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. mint flakes
    1 Tbsp. rinsed and crumbled Feta cheese
    2 medium sized pitted ripe olives, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash romaine lettuce leaves, pat them dry with paper towels and tear into bite size pieces.
    Place in a large bowl with cucumber, cheeses and mint; set aside while preparing the dressing.
