Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes in clear water until tender; peel while warm.
    Put in large mixer bowl and on low speed, mash well.
    Add butter while potatoes are warm.
    Add sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Pour into 9-inch deep pastry shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until well set and lightly browned, about 45 minutes.
