Lib'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 boiled eggs, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion (dried)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. (roll) Ritz crackers
    sliced almonds
Preparation
    Mix chicken, boiled eggs, celery, onion, rice, soups, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    In a saucepan melt one stick of margarine; add cracker crumbs and sliced almonds.
    Set aside.
    Put chicken mixture in 2 casserole dishes and top with cracker mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
