Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    1 onion, chopped
    1 red or green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. cilantro
    1 can fat-free refried beans
    10 soft tortillas
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
    Saute in 1 tablespoon oil with onion, pepper and cilantro until tender.
    Add beans.
    Mix.
    Mix enchilada and tomato sauces in small bowl. Cover bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan with small amount of sauce. Divide chicken mixture into 10 servings.
    Place in tortillas and roll.
    Place rolls in pan; cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with sour cream.
