Hamburger Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. catsup or chili sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown the meat, then add the onion and garlic.
    Cover and let steam 15 minutes.
    Stir in chili sauce and powder.
    Add the remaining ingredients; cover.
    Let cook 20 minutes.
    Red pepper flakes can be added to increase spiciness.
