Swiss Cheese Egg Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 c. soft bread crumbs, soaked in 1 c. milk
8 eggs and 1/2 tsp. salt, soft scrambled in 3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Fold drained bread into eggs and cook until soft set.
Fold into greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with Swiss cheese slices and sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Can be made the day before. Doubling the recipe fills 9 x 13-inch pan.
