Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 lb. crumbled hamburg
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 lb. noodles
1 lb. sliced Mozzarella
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can grated Parmesan
Preparation

Saute hamburg and garlic in oil.
Add next 5 items and simmer 20 minutes.
Cook noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes.
Drain. Beat Ricotta with eggs.
Fill 2 large buttered casserole dishes with alternating layers of noodles, Mozzarella, Ricotta mix, tomato meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
End with top layer of meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
