Crain'S Sunday Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 lb. tri tip or boneless chuck roast
2 lb. Polska Kielbasa or smoked sausage
8 to 10 oz. bottle barbecue sauce (Hunt's hickory flavor is great)
Preparation

Spray large roasting pan with Pam.
Place tri tip or roast in pan.
Top with sausage, cut in 4-inch pieces.
Pour barbecue sauce over all.
Cover tightly with lid or foil.
Bake at 275\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 for at least 4 hours or longer.
