Lemon Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 egg
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
approximately 1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients with a fork well.
Mixture will be kind of crumbly. Remove about 1 cup of mixture and set aside. Press the remaining into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at approximately 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
