Deviled Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (one-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Season pork chops with salt, black pepper and red pepper. Heat shortening in skillet; brown chops on both sides.
    Add water. Add other ingredients (mixed together) over top of chops.
    Cover and cook over slow heat until done.
