Sour Cream Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cooked potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 medium onion
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Cut up potatoes in a large bowl. Saute onion in butter.
    Mix with potatoes. Add both containers of sour cream.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
