Persimmon Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. milk or cream
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 35 to 45 minutes.
