Graham Cracker Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. instant chocolate pudding mix
    3/4 to 1 c. low-fat milk
    16 graham cracker squares
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and pudding mix in a medium bowl. Mix in milk. Let stand 5 minutes. (The mixture is a bit thicker than regular pudding.) Spread the pudding mixture on 8 graham crackers. Top with a second cracker. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze. Serve frozen.
