Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 heaping Tbsp. paprika
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cumin
6 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 c. milk
2 chopped jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Melt butter.
Blend in flour and spices. Add milk and ketchup. Stir well. Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. This recipe may also be cooked in your microwave.
