Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 large eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    3 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Cream Crisco, sugar and eggs together; beat well.
    Add flour and milk alternately, ending with flour.
    Add coconut flavoring.
    Bake in tube pan or two loaf pans that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Test with toothpick.
