White Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Mix in dry ingredients.
    Chill dough.
    Roll thin; cut out.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 minutes, until brown on edge.
