Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix sugar, corn meal and flour; add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour in unbaked crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 on lower shelf of oven for 45 minutes.
