Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    3 to 4 onion tops, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. Tony's seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    parsley flakes
    black pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    In butter, saute onion, bell peppers, parsley flakes and green onions until clear. Season shrimp with Tony's and add to vegetables. Cook on medium heat until shrimp are pink. Pour beaten eggs into shrimp and vegetables. Add rice and stir until rice is coated with egg mixture. Cover and cook on low heat until eggs are cooked.
