Frosted Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    2 c. mashed potatoes (leftover or instant)
    2 slices American cheese in small pieces
    1 lb. hot dogs
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Crumble it into small pieces.
    Add cheese and 1 tablespoon bacon drippings to mashed potatoes.
    Split hot dogs lengthwise, not quite all the way through.
    Fill with potato mixture.
    Broil 4 to 5-inches from heat for about 5 minutes or until hot dogs are warm and potatoes are lightly browned.
