Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. meat
    1 to 3 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 to 3 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Marinate overnight.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Cook at 150\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Leave oven door open a little.
