Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add water
    and
    salt to egg and stir in enough flour to make stiff
    dough.
    Let
    dough rest and roll on floured board. Cut thin and let dry 2 hours.
