Ingredients

1 large pkg. (16 oz.) macaroni
1 c. chopped onion
2 green peppers, cut into strips
1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
few grains marjoram
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed on package.
Simmer onion and green peppers in skillet with margarine.
Cook until soft.
(Save out some of the onion, pepper, tomatoes and cheese.)
Now combine all the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Fifteen minutes before finished, pour reserved ingredients on top and return to oven. Serves 8.
