Jalapeno Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium red potatoes, cooked in salted water in skin
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium jar pimentos
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1 roll jalapeno cheese
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and layer in casserole dish.
    Put layer of potatoes, chopped bell pepper and pimentos.
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Add flour, then gradually add milk.
    Chop up cheese in hot sauce and pour the beaten sauce over potatoes.
    Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
