Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 tall can Carnation milk
    1 pt. jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 large pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
    Stir while boiling to soft ball stage (235\u00b0), about 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until chips are melted. Pour into 9 x 3-inch greased pan.
