Angel Refrigerator Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
5 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Sift dry ingredients 2 times. Cut in shortening until the size of crumbs.
Add buttermilk and yeast mixture to flour mixture and stir only until well moistened. Cover and put in refrigerator.
As needed, use part of dough, roll and cut out biscuits; let stand in pan about 15 minutes, then bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 or 12 minutes or until done.
May be kept in refrigerator for one week and used as needed.
