Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    20 Ritz crackers
    3/4 c. nuts
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Roll crackers with rolling pin until crushed fine. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar, salt and baking powder. Add crackers. Blend and add vanilla and nuts. Pour in greased pie pan. Cook about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Top with Cool Whip and chill.
