Reuben Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. caraway seed
1 (9-inch) uncooked pastry shell
8 oz. corned beef, shredded
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 c. sauerkraut, drained and squeezed
2 c. grated Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. half and half
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Sprinkle caraway seed over pie crust. Prick crust.
Bake for 7 minutes.
Fill pie shell with corned beef. Spread mustard over meat.
Top with sauerkraut and cheese.
Mix together eggs, cream, onion and dry mustard.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Put together in 1 hour.
Makes 8 servings.
