Stuffed Garden Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green bell peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
Preparation
    Cut tops from peppers.
    Remove seed and membrane.
    Combine salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, rice, egg, 3/4 cup soup, onion and ground beef in bowl; stir lightly.
    Pack each pepper with approximately 1/2 cup mixture.
    Place filled peppers in round microwave casserole; peppers should fit tightly in casserole. Pour remaining soup over filled peppers.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 15 to 18 minutes.
