Cheesy-Ham-Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes, cooked
2 c. ham, cooked and chopped
1 (8 oz.) American cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
salt to taste
pepper to taste
butter
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes; drain.
Mash.
Add cheese, butter, milk, salt, pepper and sour cream.
Mix well.
If too thick, add more milk. Add ham.
