Cool Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage
    3 carrots
    3 ribs celery
    1 large green pepper
    1 large red pepper
    1 small cucumber
    1 bunch radishes
    1 large onion
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables.
    Combine with vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Toss to coat.
    Refrigerate; cover and serve several hours later.
