White Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    8 c. bread flour
    melted butter
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients; let cool to lukewarm.
    Combine next 3 ingredients and let rise.
    Combine the 2 mixtures and add 2 eggs, then add flour, 4 cups with a mixer and 4 cups with hands.
    Cover and let stand in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
    Remove, punch down and make into 4 equal loaves.
    Place in greased pans.
    Cover and let rise 2 hours.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Brush with melted butter when done.
