Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    potatoes, sliced
    onion, sliced or diced
    cheese slices
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chops; set aside.
    Combine soup and milk in bowl. Butter casserole dish. Layer potatoes, onion and cheese.
    Pour soup over all.
    Lay pork chops on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover and bake 15 minutes more.
