Cheesy-Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium fryer (about 3 lb.)
2 cans Veg-All vegetables
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped cabbage
1 large jar Cheez Whiz
salt and pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Preparation

Cut up chicken and boil until tender.
Remove skin and bones and chop in bite size pieces.
Replace chicken pieces in the broth. Add the vegetables (canned vegetables, cabbage, onion and mushrooms which have been cooked until tender in a separate pan and drained). Stir in Cheez Whiz and simmer about 15 minutes. Makes about 3 quarts.
