Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked, chopped and drained
    1 c. half and half
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    1 egg
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Combine spinach, cheese, onion soup, sour cream and egg.
    Melt butter; stir in flour, bouillon, milk and cream.
    Cook until golden brown.
