Swedish Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 lb. pecans or other favorite nuts
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Whip egg whites until stiff.
    Gradually add sugar and salt. Add nuts; coat evenly.
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add mixture and coat well with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes, until brown.
    Takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
