38 vanilla wafers, crushed
pinch of nutmeg
6 Tbsp. softened margarine
1 c. snipped dates
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 qt. vanilla
ice cream
Preparation

To make the crust, combine wafers, nutmeg and margarine.
Press mixture in 9-inch pie pan; chill.
