Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 tsp. salt
1 small can chopped green chilies
1/2 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped onions
1 pkg. green onion dip mix (optional)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
-
Mix beef, Cheddar cheese, salt and onion in large bowl and set aside.
In saucepan, mix cream cheese, Velveeta cheese, evaporated milk, green onion dip mix (optional) and chilies (mild).
Heat until melted.
