Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts or 1 1/2 whole chicken or 1 turkey breast, boiled, boned and shredded
1 stick butter or margarine
1 box frozen peas, boiled
16 oz. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts
3 cans cream of (chicken, celery) soup
3 rolls Ritz crackers
Preparation

Melt butter, use 1/2 in bottom of 8 x 14-inch casserole pan. Break crackers, layer 1/2 of the crackers in bottom of pan; top with shredded chicken.
Top with mixed cream soups, water chestnuts, peas and sour cream.
Top with remaining crackers (use more if needed).
Top with remaining butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until crackers brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
