Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 tsp. cornmeal
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix sugar and melted butter.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 8-inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
