Honey Orange Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh baby carrots
2 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine carrots, honey, orange juice, margarine and nutmeg. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking until carrots are tender and mixture has thickened. (Takes about 5 to 10 minutes.) Stir in parsley.
