Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and diced or ham or sausage
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. onion
1 unbaked pie crust
2 eggs
1 c. canned or whole milk
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Use 1 deep-dish pie crust, baked but not brown. Put into crust the meat, cheese and onion. Mix eggs, milk, garlic salt, salt and pepper and pour into crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350\u00b0 for 15 more minutes or until set.
