Stay-On Batter For Fresh Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients by hand.
    Dip floured vegetables in batter.
    Fry at 375\u00b0 in hot oil.
