Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    10 medium size potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 chopped onion
    2 pieces chopped celery
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    4 to 5 pieces bread, toasted and broken
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes.
    Saute the onion and celery in the butter, then combine everything.
