Hot And Saucy Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or 3 lb. chicken
    1 medium onion
    1 1/2 doz. corn tortillas
    4 oz. can green chilies
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 green onion dip mix
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown onion in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add beef and brown.
    Drain off fat.
    (If using chicken, boil until tender, bone and chop in small pieces.
    Add browned onion.)
