Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 large can milk
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Melt butter and cocoa.
    Add sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Add milk and whipping cream.
    Turn heat to medium-low and cook until thickened.
    Stir frequently.
    Takes 20 to 30 minutes.
