Anchovy Veal Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. veal cutlets
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
12 anchovy fillets
1/2 stick butter
1/3 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. parsley
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
parsley, to taste
Preparation

Top each piece of veal with some cheese and one anchovy. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; roll and tie with string.
In melted butter, cook rolls uncovered on top of stove, turning occasionally.
Add wine and cook 10 minutes.
Remove string and arrange on platter.
Pour on sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
